Are Insane Clown Posse’s Fans... Gang Members?

Are Fans... Gang Members?

In the court case of: ICP (Insane Clown Posse) vs the F.B.I. (Federal Bureau of Investigation), a judge has categorized Insane Clown Posse’s fans as Gang Members. Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J  of ICP don't claim to be a gang or gang members, nor do they label there fans (Juggalos) as gang members. ICP has tried to sue the F.B.I. twice now over being label as gang members (also known as Criminal Profiling).

U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland has said: Just because the FBI report calls the Juggalos a gang, it does not mean they're necessarily.

Does this mean we label all fans or supporters as gang members then? I would hope not, just because you're a fan doesn't mean you're a criminal or gang banger. ICP's fans (Juggalos) do not like to be labeled as gang members and ICP's Violent J has stated: "This discrimination is wrong and un-American."
